Returns & Exchanges

Due to the personal nature of our skincare and self-care products, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges. This ensures that every item reaching our customers is fresh, untampered with, and meets our quality standards.

  • Damages: If your order arrives damaged during transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the unused product and the packaging.

  • Cancellations: We accept cancellations within 2 hours of purchase. Once an order has moved into the fulfillment phase, it can no longer be canceled.

Shipping & Delivery

  • Processing Time: Standard orders are processed within 3–5 business days.

  • Tracking: Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

  • Incorrect Addresses: Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrectly provided address.
